This looks like a great place. All I have known of Yuma, AZ is MCAS. As I served in Marine Corps but not there. I knew a few guys that were stationed there.

Definitely not that I know of. It's a great place.
Do they take reservations?
I have seen tables set aside for actual parties and fundraising gatherings, so I believe they take reservations.

Building was built in 1901 has been in the Lutes family since 1942.

No. It's a restaurant now. It was a casino in the old West days.
how is the parking?
Hard to find parking along Main Street, but usually a lot out back. Covered parking back there too.
